7 Day Tanzania Wilderness Safari tours
This amazing Tanzania Wilderness safari will take you to the top safari destinations in Tanzania to witness the high concentration of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, and at certain times of the year, the world-renowned “Great Wildebeest Migration”. Included in the tour are Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Ngorongoro Crater. Another highlight of this tour is the walking safari in Lake Eyasi to witness the lifestyle of the bushmen in northern Tanzania.
DURATION: 7 DAYS Tanzania Wilderness safari
Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park
We pick you up from your hotel and drive to Lake Manyara. The park derived its name from the Maasai word “manyara”, which is the swahili name for the plant, Euphorbia tirucalli. The Maasai use this plant to grow livestock stockades, which matures to a highly durable stockproof hedge.
The Great Rift Valley is part of a fault in the earth’s crust which stretches 8,000 kilometers (4,971 miles) from Turkey to the mouth of the Zambezi River in Mozambique. The fault is so massive that when astronauts landed on the moon, the Rift Valley was clearly visible to them.
Meals: L,D. Overnight Jambo campsite.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we proceed to Serengeti, Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park and famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers a remarkable game-viewing experience in Africa. Overnight Seronera public campsite.

Day 3: Serengeti Central (Cental Seronera)
After breakfast, we proceed to the Central part of Serengeti. This park is well-known for its healthy stock of resident wildlife, particularly the “big five”, named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffaloes, and Rhinos.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
We start with an early morning game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and various species of birds. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is an extensive highland area along the eastern arm of the Rift Valley, with the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Overnight Simba campsite.

They live in Lake Eyasi in the central rift valley and in the neighboring Serengeti Plateau. The Hadza is just under1,000 in population living as hunter-gatherers, among the last hunter-gatherers in the world. Overnight Lake eyasi public campsite.
