Day 1 Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
We pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 6 am and drive to Tarangire National Park (packed lunchbox included). We will go on an afternoon game drive looking for lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, python, zebra, impala and more. Over 450 species of birds have been observed here. At 4.30 pm, we leave the park and drive to the Manyara escarpment for dinner and our overnight stay at the camp.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
At 7 am, we pick you up from the camp and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. The park is home to tree-climbing lions, hippos, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, giraffes, baboons, blue and velvet monkeys, warthogs and more. About 350 species of birds have been recorded here. At 12 pm, we leave the park for a hot lunch at the camp. At 2 pm, we drive back to Arusha for drop-off at the hotel/airport.
